How Grace works

• Translates your goal (e.g. “grow pipeline for our backup product”) into a quarterly growth plan.
• Breaks the plan into initiatives and assigns the right specialist to each step.
• Sequences the work so research feeds strategy, strategy feeds content, content feeds distribution.
• Tracks status across the team and surfaces the few decisions that need you.
• Re-plans every cycle based on what the analytics pod reports.

Owns: the growth plan, sequencing, status.  Works with: you.  Hands off to: Cole, Ava, Maya.
