These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HireMyGrowth application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
HireMyGrowth helps authorized users connect business data sources, review analytics, prepare work, and send approved work to supported project-management systems. Features may include read-only reporting from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, connections to Asana or Jira, and automated analysis or drafting tools.
2. Your account and authority
You are responsible for your account, the security of your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may connect only accounts, websites, analytics properties, projects, and data that you own or are authorized to access. You must keep your account information accurate and notify us promptly if you believe your account or a connected service has been compromised.
3. Connected services
The Service may connect to third-party products such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Asana, and Jira. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You authorize HireMyGrowth to access the information necessary to provide the features you request. Google analytics and Search Console access is read-only. Asana and Jira access may create or update work items only when you request or approve that action. You can disconnect a connected service at any time. Third-party availability, permissions, and API changes may affect features.
4. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit or connect. You grant HireMyGrowth a limited right to process that material solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide the outputs you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the material you provide.
5. Automated and AI-assisted outputs
Some features may generate analysis, recommendations, summaries, drafts, or other automated outputs. These outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or sending them. HireMyGrowth will not intentionally fabricate connected analytics data; when a requested data source is unavailable, the Service should identify the missing connection or data rather than present invented results.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, access systems or data without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the Service, evade security or usage limits, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where law permits, or generate or distribute deceptive, abusive, or unlawful material. You may not misrepresent automated output as verified factual data.
7. Service changes and availability
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service develops. We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or changes to connected services can cause temporary interruptions.
8. Fees
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing period, and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes. Any cancellation or refund terms presented at purchase will apply to that plan.
9. Intellectual property
HireMyGrowth and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and other materials, excluding your data and content. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee specific marketing, traffic, revenue, ranking, lead, or other business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMyGrowth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify HireMyGrowth against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms and change the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
