What is HireMyGrowth, in one sentence?
It’s the marketing team you haven’t hired yet: Grace directs specialists who plan, write, check, and deliver the content that gets your business found — in your voice, on your website, with your approval on everything.
Isn’t this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
No — it removes the steps. A chatbot hands you text and leaves the planning, consistency, and publishing to you. HireMyGrowth remembers your business, works every week without being asked, and puts finished work on your actual website. In week three it’s still going; a chat thread would be starting over.
Is this a chatbot with a team theme?
No. The product is built around persistent project memory, scheduled work, approval gates, and real delivery — not a chat thread dressed up with job titles. The names describe real, separate jobs in the pipeline.
Will it sound like AI wrote it?
That’s the exact failure this was built to prevent. Everything is written the way you talk about your business and checked by the QA gate before you see it. Anything generic or off-brand gets thrown out before it reaches you.
What do I actually have to do?
Three things: tell the team about your business once, approve a simple plan, and then spend about 12 minutes a week reading and OK-ing finished articles. That’s the whole job.
What does it work with today?

Control and trust
Can it publish something I’ve never seen?
No. You see and approve every piece before it goes public — articles and posts alike. There is no mode where it acts without you. This is built into the product, not a setting you have to find.
How do I know it won’t make things up about my business?
Everything the team writes is checked against the facts you’ve confirmed before it reaches your review — and warnings stay visible rather than hidden. Because you read everything before it publishes, nothing goes out with your name on it that you haven’t seen.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything written for your business is yours — it lives on your website, under your name, and stays yours if you leave.
Is my business information kept private?
Yes. What the team learns about your business is used only for your marketing. Your information isn’t shared with other customers or sold to anyone.
