HireMyGrowth provides software that connects a customer’s marketing data, analyzes performance, and synchronizes approved work with project-management tools. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use hiremygrowth.com and the HireMyGrowth product.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your email address, website URL, business context, project inputs, review decisions, integration settings, and support messages. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, browser information, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
Connected Google data
If you connect Google, HireMyGrowth requests read-only access to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. We use that access to let you select your own properties and display traffic, conversion, channel, landing-page, search-query, and search-page performance inside the product. HireMyGrowth does not change your Google Analytics or Search Console data.
Google property identifiers, reporting data, and encrypted OAuth credentials are used only to provide and secure the features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except to service providers acting on our behalf, when required for security, or when required by law. Disconnecting Google stops future access.
HireMyGrowth’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Asana and Jira
If you connect Asana or Jira, we store the connection and selected workspace or project settings needed to synchronize review work. Credentials are encrypted. When you approve or send an item, the product creates or updates the requested task or issue in the connected system. Disconnecting an integration stops future synchronization.
How we use information
- Provide dashboards based on your connected data.
- Run the analyses and workflows you request.
- Synchronize approved work with your selected project-management system.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the service.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with vendors that help us operate the product, such as hosting, security, analytics, and AI-processing providers, and with Google, Asana, or Atlassian when you choose those integrations. These providers process data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. We may also disclose information to protect users and the service, comply with law, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, preferences, security, and reliable operation. Our public website may also measure aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and account status. You may disconnect an integration at any time and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted integration credentials and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
